Complaint Against bookstand.in

I have placed an order for books in bookstand.in on 9/9/2014. That was a credit card payment and the payment is done on the same day while placing the order. I got info from them saying the product will be delivered in 3-5 working days after 3 days i have called them and that time they said like they cannot process the same since items are out of stock.This time on wards they started they started playing with my order. Finally i said to cancel the order and they have immediately cancelled the order and said money will be reverted back in 5-7 working days. From that day on ward i have started calling them frequently.

Initially they said like it will reverted back within 5-7 working days.after that they started telling like they have to check with manager. Then they said it is processed from our end. At last, now they are telling like i have not done the payment and it is pending.(i have the message with me that i have done the payment and i can submit the statement also).

They are behaving very badly each time. and without proper response they used to disconnect the call. Sometimes they switch off, some times they won’t pick up the call. They are cheating to get the money.
