Complaint against CERA SANITARY WARE

I have purchased a cera 708 EWC wallmount commode from a dealer(HINDUSTAN) at kundanahalli gate bangalore. the seat cover screws were missing in the pack. i have called up cera customer care and followed up n number of times. its been 2 months since i have been following up them.

We were unable to use the toilet since the lat 2 mnths.

    I have installed all Cera sanitary in my new house and having trouble with one wall hung EWC (commode), I have registered complaint THRICE with Cera customer care within last 18 days and still no action has been taken yet even after periodical follow up. Its pointless to say the importance of the product in day to life and the inconvenience caused. Thanks !
