Complaint against dressmyphone for mobile cover

I had ordered a phone cover for le eco le 2 from dressmyphone.com on 15th February 2017 and received it in a week, but the cover won’t fit on my phone so I had requested a replacement the very next day. I didn’t receive any acknowledgement regarding my request for next 3days so I had to request again still no reply, this happened till 4th March when I took over to its facebook page n twitter account,and yet no reply from their end.
