Complaint against DTDC for non-delivery

I have sent an urgent package on 20 Feb 2017 through DTDC maharani Bagh branch Delhi to Imphal consignment no.V35852608. They charge me extra since it’s urgent. after 3 days I checked with them again as it’s not been delivered, they told me the package have already arrived and will deliver on the same, but it never happened. I checked with them everyday and they give new excuses everyday. On 4 of march 2017 I spoke to the franchisee owner mr.Axxxxxxxxh sxxxxxxh, to my surprise he said he is not responsible for the delivery and ask me to speak with customer care at 44900000. i spoke to Axxxxxa Axxxxxxd and she said the package is still in guwahati due to some reason and they are not responsible for whatever it be and ask me to call guwahati, when I spoke to a guy he ask me to call another number and hung up.when I call and explain in details she said sorry and its their responsible to take care and ask me to wait for and hour and will rectify. i waited for 2 days but I never receive a call back when I call back today the 7 march 2017 and ask to refund my money and the package she refuse and told me she is not responsible and ask me to check with franchisee branch. I want necessary action against DTDC courier and to this maharani Bagh franchisee Mr Axxxxxxh sxxxxxh.
