Complaint against Ebay regarding wrong delivery

I buyed a wireless stereo Bluetooth from e-bay site. I paid 399.00 for this product by online transaction. Product description of this product i received, didn’t match which I booked. I contact with e-bay executive. He said me money will be refunded in your account in 7-8 working days & you willn’t deliver this unwanted product (whom I received) to anyone. Till today more than 15-20 days completed but I can’t received my payment till now.
