Complaint against fisheshop.com for non-shipment of order

I had ordered some fishes from fisheshop.com which is an e-commerce website for aquarium fishes and related accessories (I have attached the invoice received over email). Their website claims that all orders will be shipped and delivered in 2-4 days. However, there was no update from them for 3 days and hence, I decided to reach out to them – they do not pick up calls and also do not reply on whatsapp. I have also attached a screenshot – as you can see, when I ping them, they reply ‘hi’ thinking I’m a new customer, but when I ask for the order status, they do not reply.

If you think I’m submitting a complaint very soon, it is because after researching online, I see that many others are facing the same issue They also have not specified a physical location and this entire thing looks like a scam.

I humbly request you to take proper action against such unethical companies.

    Fisheshop.com is scam ecommerce website.

    I ordered fishes and not delivered at all. Not picking the call. Just making money on it. I paid through gpay and

    This is the first time I’m facing such a fraud company online

    I have tried this website twice but both experiences have been horrible my . My first order was not at all delivered while my second was not what was on their website . Please do not get anything from them. You can see their google reviews and get to know more.

    Yes this is a big scam. They r just making money but showing all fancy stuff n making us fall in their trap. They don’t respond on emails whatsapp n they give diff numbers to contact them but none of them respond. Not sure why it’s hard for them to just issue refund if they are unable to ship the product

  1. I ordered and paid for the items but not delivered till now. It is been 3 months now. No response regarding refund or delay. Request to please take action against these fraudulent people. Many like me facing the same issue.

    Yes this Fisheshop is big fraud company, I order my fishes on dec 15, my order id-19098 but till today no respond no messages from them, even they won’t pick any calls nor they don’t reply. Do not loose ur money by giving orders. Best options is do COD but never pay before.

    Its been more than a month since I have ordered from fisheshop.com, ever since their customer care service is nonresponsive. I have tried many ways to contact them, but the results are the same. Whoever handling the customers just don’t care about customers. Something should be done to take down them and their website so that this won’t happen to anybody else.

    I too ordered (#17927) in fisheshop.com, they are saying it will be delivered this week for a month now. But no delivery updates or even refund. I am constantly bombarding them with messages. These guys care about the money, I should have opted for COD. I have complained in ConsumerApp which our Consumer of External Affairs has launched.
    Hoping Government can do something about that, my fingers crossed.

    This is a fraud website. No picking phone calls and they don’t respond properly through whatsapp. It been more than two months since I ordered from this website. After posting reviews on Google maps they have deleted the location.

    I have placed and order on Dec 25 and made the online payment. Since then I am following up but no one is responding or refunding the money.

    I ordered fish from them on 11th October 2020 and they didn’t deliver it as promised. Hence cancelled the order and waiting for refund. They don’t respond to calls or messages.

  2. I also had similar issue like others, only empty promises take payment and stall. No response no refunds on unshipped products as well even though on their site it says refunds will be issued if product is not shipped . Let’s complain to central and state governments to crackdown these guys.

    I had ordered some fishes but they got some different fishes which I had returned them back since then their is no response from them after several messages sent through them on whatsapp and mail.
    They even don’t respond to calls and messages.
    I had attached my invoice of payment and order copy but even that they had asked for payment copy. Only they see that payment is done.

    Same experience for me. They have not shipped my order and not providing any option to refund. customer support is not working.

    I have ordered from the website of fisheshop.com ( Order #13695) placed in October 2020 . Sent multiple communications to them since then . Off-late i recd a response from them that they will deliver in 2 days …but again they have gone silent . I think this is a online fraud wherein they have collected the money and have vanished . Request you to initiate appropriate action against them for fooling the customers .

    It’s true that here fishes will not be available which are given in their site. I placed order then I came to know that that fish is not available with them. Then I chatted on watsapp and settled my order by selecting different fish. Then I received my order. If you want to order online. Please enquire about availability of fish & order. Ask for photo or video.

    I ordered aquarium accesories vide order no 18040 and not yet received yet. No refund of payment too. This is the first time to see such a fraudulent site

    Hi,

    Looks like I’m not the only one alone facing this issue.
    After placing the order, they are just not reachable. They keeping giving different dates and different reasons.
    Fedup i asked them to return the money to which they said they cannot nor can they give any dates when the delivery can be made.
    How do we shut down this website so others do not fall prey?

    These people have scammed so many people and I’ve also been a victim, lured by their exotic stolen fish photos and videos. We have to shut them down!

    I usually check customer reviews before place the order. But unfortunately I missed to check review’s and I placed ORDER #20999 on 9th Jan 2021 with amount paid. Then I followed up with them in whatsup, the responded will get it next week, then I followed up again there’s no responses in whatsup either text nor voice call and customer care number switch off… I asked them to cancel my order and asked for refund, no responses. Hence I would request consumer forum intervention required to resolve and get the refund. Also block this website from Google.

  3. I have ordered aquarium substrate worth 1.9k
    including shipping, under order number #21091. Received order confirmation mail and Google Pay payment screen shot sent to their WhatsApp number. It’s been more than a week now. Messages not even read. Sent Multiple mails however no reply. Reading comments on this forum makes me realise lot of people have had the same issue. Did lots of online shopping but never had such a bad experience ever. Kindly intervene and help getting the refund back.

    Even I have ordered on 20th Nov 2020 (Order #17115) still no response & amount hasn’t refund as well.
