Refund from forever21. Value: 1999. It’s been two month that I have been calling forever 21 for my refund of rs1999 for a dress that I returned. They are not helping me with the refund they are simply asking for more and more time and it’s been nearly two months . I want my money back they can’t cheat me like that

I am cheated by forever 21 since December 2020 I got a damaged dress wort 1999 and till now I have not got my refund ..it’s 18th feb 2021 today ..and all these tile they kept asking me to give them 24 hrs to solve my problm but they always say the same thing even if I call them back after 5 days ..I have one more dress worth 1370 which also not refunded since one month …I want my money back any how …forever21 is a fraud company as per my experience
Get the same amount cAsh on delivery and font pay the delivery guy back its a big fraud company they did same to me but I got that much cash on delivery wrote a letter it worked !!
