I purchased a printer HP Deskjet GT-5810 from HP World, Indore and the retail outlet promised me 2 ink bottles on registration of product. On the same day of purchase I registered the product on HP’s official site, But didn’t got any information regarding the offer from HP even after 2 days, Then I contacted HP consumer care department and they said offer is still going on and no other information given by them and they stopped responding (waited around 5-6 days for there response), and then I contacted there twitter handle and then I got mail that your are not eligible now because the product is more than 15 day old now and you can’t claim the offer now. I said that I made the complaint just after 2 or 3 days after purchase and your customer support didn’t provided me any information regarding this, their reply was “We can’t do anything now” even their twitter handle stated the same. Now where I will complain about that. The whole mistake was from HP side. I have attached the copy of invoice and the mail I got on the day of purchase on registering on there official website.
