Complaint against infibeam.com for non-delivery and no refund

My order id is 13701922. I ordered a motorized treadmill on infibeam.com on the Oct 9th by paying INR 37800. I was promised that the treadmill will be dispatched within 2 days. I tracked the order for one week but it wasnt dispatched. Later I called up the cust care on 17th Oct when i was promised that the product will be dispatched within 2 days but it wasn’t dispatched again. After that I called up the cust care several times but every time they only kept promising about the delivery but they never shipped it actually. Finally on the 30th Oct I requested a cancellation of the order which they took down and they said that the request confirmation will be sent to the email id in 24 hrs. Since the 30th of October i have been calling the customer care every day, but nobody gives a firm answer. I haven’t got my money back and its been a very frustrating process. They never sent me any email confirming my cancellation request or any corespondence regarding the refund of my money. please help.
