Complaint against Kaunsa.com for wrong delivery and no refund

I ordered “Galaxy S5 with finger sensor (item code MOB/MOB/GAL/29433)” by Kaunsa.com through its order number 18280474611211 and make the payment of Rs. 8999/- (Eight thousand nine hundred ninty nine rupees only) on November 7, 2014 through debit card. It was mentioned that the company is providing me special discount as the actual cost of mobile is Rs.52000/-. The item was received at my billing address NOT on my shipping address. The serious issue is that this company make a fraud. The received mobile is not Galaxy s5. The mobile is some chinese model whose approximate cost is about Rs2000/-. Also, they did not supply documents related with the product.

I have returned the mobile at once, but still the company has not returned my money. Full address of the company at which item was returned is as below:
