Complaint against Mebelkart for non-delivery

I have been looted by the online shopping website Mebelkart. com I ordered a recliner sofa for Rs 15,095/- and paid Rs 3,774/- as advance asked by the site. The delivery was supposed to be done till 15 April but yet not done the customer care never responds and the head stays in Bangalore thats all I know.
