Complaint against Mi and One Assist for service

I purchased a phone from mi website on cod along with an accidental damage warranty for which the services were provided through their service partners one assist. They printed the name of my location, I.e. Home Zirakpur, as the name on invoice.

When I contacted oneassist to get my phone repaired under the accidental warranty on 14 Feb 2017, I was informed that the name on their record was Home Zirakpur and that they would an ID proof for the same name in order to provide service. I informed them of the error and they escalated it on their end. When I did not hear back from them, I contacted MI India and escalated it on their end as well. They have been telling me that it has been escalated under high priority since 6th March and yet they have not been able to provide me with a resolution. I have been without a phone for over a month and a half and they still are unable to resolve this for me.

Please Help me get this resolved.
