Complaint against Posterduniya.com

I placed my order #PD-6501-IN on 12th October 2014. The payment was made by me using net banking (CCAVENUE)and i received the invoice for the same on my email. Since then the status of my order is showing as “processing”.

After 10 days i tried to contact them and noticed that no contact details is available on the site other then a email id. I mailed them the complaint on 22 October and after not receiving any reply I again mailed them complaint on 27th October but got no reply for til date.

When I was searching for any contact details of Posterduniya.com, I came across complaint against the same site regarding the same matter. After visiting their Facebook page I came to know that there are many people facing similar problem. And website has stopped to respond to costumers complaints. Kindly help me to get my payment refund back to me. Copy of invoice received is attached here with this complaint.
