Complaint against Reliance communication (rcom) regarding free R-to-R recharge

I have recharge our Mobile No. 7499158044 amount of Rs. 299/- for free R-to-R local and 30 Mits. daily to other network. And this plan shown on online recharge to rcom site at this time but rcom not provide me 30 mints. to other network.

When i talk to costumer care 198 (at 1.52 pm on 04.02.2013) then he tell us that this facility (30 mints to other network) has changed from 07.01.2013 but rcom show this plan (30 mints to other network) on their website. We attached file for their plan too.

This is major fraud to the people. You are requested to take necessary action.
