I applied for part-time job at quikr and received many calls for form filling with which I agreed to Kxxxxxxo Pxxxxxl from Gujarat which insisted me to do form filling by putting all the positive things and 24000/- income for 10 days span and need to fill 1200 forms which I did and the cut off was 1000 something forms out of which I filled 1130 correctly, but after the checking they said I have failed to do the cut off forms correctly and have to give them 4500/- rupees
They sent an agreement (PDF) to me online stamp paper and asked me for my adhar card photo which I’m regretting now.
They are such fraud people ,as all forms are in form of codes they’ll send any wrong QC to you and say you did wrong.
Why would I give money?
Specially to such fraud company I can’t give my A/c details and transfer money.
First of all you are not paying me for the work I did ,now you are asking for more money
Today after a month off submitting the forms , I received an email that they’ll file petition against me if I’ll not pay them the money today itself
What should I do?

Don’t do anything they are completely fraud, block all their numbers, emails and register a complaint against the here to Indian Consumer Forum. And pls never give them a single penny.

Hey @Riyaz and @Shivam please don’t pay anything to these fake companies they’ll call, email and message you to pay and some fake lawyer will call and message you that they’ll take you to court for not paying according to agreement.
But remember it’s all fake the agreement was also fake, you can check the agreement no. Is same for all so don’t worry even a little even and file a complaint on India Consumer Forum.

Hey @neha no need to take stress even if they pressurize you to pay them money just file a compliant against the company on India Customer forum and block all their calls emails and messages and report them as spams so that other people may get aware of their frauds.
Don’t ever in any circumstances pay these frauds a single penny and file complaint against them.

Same issue. But they are fraud. So don’t worry. On fake agreement it was written 4500, on email it was written 6900 and on message it was written 8500. And they are messaging through informal and in a formal way. So don’t worry.

Don’t worry at all they can do nothing against you, they are totally fraud. They can only blackmail you in all sorts of manner, nothing else. Don’t pay anything even though their fake advocate tries to msg or call you tell them you have filed complaint against them on ICF and block spam their numbers. It has been more than a year now I, had complaint against this Rex enterprises on ICF and that time calls and threatening messages were too much now, I had a fight too with their fake lawyer on call that I’ve filed complaint and if you’ll do anything more I’ll file a police complaint too. After a few more calls from new numbers as I blocked and spam their numbers as frauds, now I don’t receive any call or messages from them, and remember their agreement number is asame for every person and you have not done any signature on that very agreement so don’t worry be brave and fight and pls file complaint against them on India Consumer Forum.
Hey @Suresh Kumar thay are 100% fraud they’ll reject your qc and ask you to pay the amount, don’t pay anything don’t share your account details with them and even though they’ll blackmail you by fake lawyers calling your and threatening you to take you to court, don’t panic file a complaint against them on India Consumer Forum and please don’t pay a single rupee to this Rex enterprises.

Don’t pay them a single rupee, chahe woh log kitna bhi bole ki court me milenge aur settlement kre kuch amount de kr, bilkul 1 rs. Bhi na de aur unke sab numbers block kr k spam me dal dijiye aur rex enterprise aur iski jyse sab fake companies k khilaf INDIA CONSUMER FORUM pr complaint kijiye. Hey shelly pls don’t worry they are absolutely fraud they can’t take you court or to police, don’t pay them any amount what so ever, block and spam all their numbers and emails and complaint against them on India Consumer Forum
Nysna you have paid to a fraud company and now your account details are with them ,they have your adhar no., A/c details,name, phone no. Now to secure yourself kindly file a report against them at your nearest police station and on India Consumer Forum , then they may not ask for more money and there’s little chance you can get your paid money back
