Complaint against for non-delivery

Complaint against Placed an order # SHOPER1021 for INR 3256.88 on 07-03-17 and Received order confirmation mail from the following id. Received mail from EBS stating that “Your payment for order with reference no. 13049828368 on the Merchant website: has been successfully processed”.
Received mail from stating that “A shipment from order #SHOPER1021 is on the way”.
However, no tracking option was available on mail nor the site.

Finally after waiting for so long, I wrote to that I am still awaiting the delivery of the products. Mail was sent on this id – Twice I wrote, but not even a single reply from them. Also I tried to contact on their Toll free no. 1800 300 20616 but the no. gets disconnected and no other no. to call and confirm the status.

This seems to be like a mental torture. Plz help me get the refund from these frauds.

    Complainant got the money back and issue stands resolved.
