Complaint against Snapdeal for non-delivery

Hello, I have ordered Double seater futon-sofa cum bed on Snapdeal as on 16th Oct 2014 the order number is 3218504936, product code: 4358140217. The actual amount was Rs:11699 after discount for diwali it was on offer of Rs: 9360. The product was supposed to be shipped on 06th on Nov 2014. There was no information on the shipment and further information on refund. Contacted customer care and consumer forums to complaint on the same and they never responded. I also sent a email to Ceo@snapdeal.com to get the issue resolved and very disappointed that they never considered.
This is my last chance in posting the complaints online to get this resolved. If this is not resolved, I will need to file a case in consumer court according to consumer protection act, against snapdeal for refund and compensation as well.

Please let me know if there is any chance of getting this resolved as early as possible.
