Complaint against Snapdeal for non-delivery and no response

I have ordered one Washing Machine IFB 6 kg Washing machine for wedding Gift from Snapdeal on Nov, 11, 2014 at 21:29 :23
Order # 3533226926. At the time of purchase the delivery date was on Nov, 22, 2014. on this date there was no response from them that it will be delivered or not i have to do follow up with them. after that they have provided the next date of Nov, 24, 2014. again there is no delivery done and information provided from them so again i have escalted the issue but at this point of time they have not even repiled me back on the email sent by me. now the date is showing Nov, 29, 2014 they are taking consumers for granted. My point is provide the exact date of delivery if some is interted will purchase dont’t fool consumers by providing the fake dates and then there is responsibilty to even inform the consumer with reasons.

I just want to say there must some step if penalizing them, like if a builder is not handing over a flat on time he has to pay. like wise there must be some law to keep these online retailers in control and cannot treat indian cosumer as dumb. Please let me know if you have any concern.
