Complaint against Syberplace for non-delivery

I ordered a mobile phone (Asus Zenfone Max (Black) from Syber place (Order No. 100065002) dated 20-04-2016) and paid Rs. 9110/- however neither phone received nor any response from the company. Company cheating me to send faulty Tracking Number shipping date. So please do the needful action immediately to provide my product or get my money back.
