Complaint against syberplace for non-delivery

I have booked a mobile LENOVO A1000 (order no 100066917) amount 3599 via online shopping website syberplace.com on 7th may 2016 and i have paid the above amount via my credit card after that i was continuously call on there customer care no 08033646032 but still i have not receive any kind of positive response after that I have continuously mail them always they reply that we are trying very hard to deliver your product on time please keep patience we will definitely deliver your product.but still i have not receive my product. Kindly look in to the matter and please refund my money or mobile it up to them.
