Complaint against Whaaky for delivering defective power bank

I want to aware you that I had purchased a samsung power bank and a Bluetooth device of samsung in Rs 850/- with order ID S802142888 on 30/01/2017 seeing the mail got from the whaaky.com.

On receiving the product on 03/02/2017(on cash on delivery) I found the products defective and duplicate. I lodged a complain to the customer care department and they asked me to return the product through courier or any other post at their given address: SAI FASHION HUB, NEW DELHI, 110045.

I sent the products through Indian postal services via speed post to the same address with speed tracking no. EG206143127IN and later I checked that it was delivered to their address.

since then they sent a mail for replacement of product through mail ID noreply[@]wwhakkyy.com. Since then I never got a single mail, no calls even I called them up on their customer care no.(04066228282) but it was not picked up.

I want my money back or want strict action against such fraud otherwise we people will lose our confidence in online shopping in cashless economy.
