I had done online shopping of footwears through two different orders on 12th Oct2014 from yepme.com (order no. 10657711 & 10658033 resp.), however when the product was neither delivered nor the company customer care executive were able to trace the in transit status then on 28th Oct’14, I requested for cancellation of orders & refund of amount which i had paid online for the orders ( Refund Complain No. 1102671 & 1102682 resp.).
The committed time for delivery of order was within 10 days And TAT for refund is 10 working days. So, i waitef till 9th Oct’14 but when refund was not done till 10 th Nov’14 then I again contacted their customer care dept, the customer care executive confirmed me that the refund is in process & would taken maximum another 2-3 days. But since refund was not done till today ( 15th Oct’14) so I again called up their customer care center and the Response which I got was quite Shocking , the lady executive replied that due to some reasons (the reason was not communicated to me) refund for order no. 10657711 (Having Refund complain no.1102671) has not been approved yet and refund complain for another order no.10658033 (Refund complain no. 1102682) has been closed since the product has been delivered. When I got little irritated and asked that to whom & when it has been delivered then she replied that the same is not updated in our records, may be there is some error, let me lodge a fresh complain of yours for refund, we will get back to you in another 10-15 days.This is completely a kind of cheating. Neither the company is able to deliver the product nor they are processing my refund.
Request you to kindly intervene and arrange for resolution of my complain and expedite refund of my money.
