Complaint agaisnt Grofers for wrong delivery

I had booked stone flower spice online from grofers dt:20.03.17 order no:10481133. But instead of delivering the said material they sent star anise in the packet of stone flower. Even after frantic calling to their customer care helpline they are not taking any action. Isn’t it cheating and breach of trust of online trading.

    This could be one of the exceptional cases. However, I have been a regular customer of Grofers for past couple of months and have never faced any such kind of issues. You can try reaching out to the customer service as they are prompt with replacements.

    I agree with Abhishek, each hyper-local firms are creating convenience in our lives especially with the amount of benefit they provide to the end user and if you raise an issue they react post investigation, I am sure we all would do the same if it applied to our own business …
