Complaint regarding Airtel Broadband services

I have applied for the airtel broadband connection on dated 07/01/2017 after giving a three months advance payment cheque of Rs. 4140/- (cheque no 19956, SBI saadatganj). This cheque has been cleared on dated 12/01/2017 and got the connection (Fixed-line no-0522-4104157).
I have put a complaint that I am receiving bills after this payment. I have also mailed my account statement on dated 01/03/2017, 04/03/2017 and 06/03/2017. But my internet and call services are discontinued from 09/03/2017 till now. I have regular calls and complaints against this problem but still there is no action.
