Complaint regarding Asianet new broadband connection

I have applied for Asianet broadband Connection on 13-05-2016 and paid full amount of Rs.2290 on the same day. The connection has not been provided yet as on 31-05-2016. I have recieved a message confirming the payment receipt. Also I have a recipt for the Money provided. I have registered complaints online also through their customer care many times. They do not even reply properly to the calls. I would like to get my full amount back as I would not like to take that connection any way. Other details as per below
