Complaint regarding Bajaj Fin Serv Flexi loan

Initially I wasn’t interested in this Bajaj Fin Serv Flexi Loan. The DSA Elite funding services kept on harassing me with regular calls from January 2017 onwards.

They stated that ” The Bajaj Flexi Loan is a product like a Overdraft account, where an account will be opened for you in Bajaj Fin Serv and basis your salary a overdraft amount will be calculated and credited in your Bajaj Flexi account, and whenever there is a need of fund, you can transfer it to your Savings account , and after that there will be processing charges and interest applied.

The DSA called me several times ( even on Sunday evening 9pm), in order to end this harrassment, i asked them to process the application.

During the processing they called me several times when i was in middle of meetings and other engagements and kept for asking lot of mails and documents, I provided all that.
They kept on sending mails to my Personal gmail account which i seldom check as i work in a office where personal mail check is not allowed.
One fine day they suddenly called and asked me to acknowledge a mail which they sent, and in the middle of things, i had accepted and did the same, and the trouble started over there.

On 5th February , without my consent an amount of Rs. 796607 was transferred automatically to my savings account, I was really shocked and immediately called their customer care and told them that i am not interested in accepting this amount to my savings account and transferred it back to the Bajaj Fin Serv account. The executive assured that there will not be any charges levied if the amount has been transferred within 7 days(which i did), in the same call i asked them to cancel and close the account , they accepted and said i will receive a confirmation within 2 working days.

On Feb 27th, I receieved an sms from them stating an amolunt of Rs.3071 will be deducted from my savings account.
I called up their CC again and they sent me a statement with the following charges applied
1.HDFC Credit Protection (12000)
2.Bajaj Comprehensive Care plan (6000)
3.Credit Vidya Fees (1499)
4. Stamp duty
5. Upfrong Charges ( 9494)
Total 29013.

For no fault of mine and not taking any amount, i was asked to pay the charges is unaccepatable and unfair fraudelent practice by Bajaj Fin Serv.

Till now, i have been calling them multiple times and haven’t received a direct reply from them on closure of the account.
Every time their CC says our back end team will get in touch, but no one have reached me yet and helped in this regard.

I have also written to their grievance redressal team and customer experience head and they too haven’t bothered to reply.

Hence, I request you to kindly help me with taking appropriate action.
