Complaint regarding damaged product from Ebazar.Ninja

I had ordered MI 20000 Portable power bank from Ebazar.Ninja and I had received damaged and a local product. When I contacted them and said that i received a damaged product they send me a mail that their supporting representative will send a response .nobody contacted me even its been three working days .I got cheated .I don’t know what to do .I tried to contact them .There’s no response from them.
