I have Redmi Note 3 mobile, I brought it from filpkart before 7 months. Now one major manufacturing defect in this mobile ” Battery Efflorescence ”
After Battery Efflorescence the Handset display come out in horizontal side form his metal body and crack form the centre area.
when i gone to MI Service centre for complaining for that , what happen there ?
The response of the staff at service centre is not co-operative , they except that the Battery is efflorescence of the handset but they want charges approx. Rs 4000/- for resolve that issue
I ask them when handset is under warranty period then why you demand money for the resolving that issue , they not give any suitable answer and still want charges
They can’t understand that this is the major issue if the mobile handset is blast or catch fire then who will be responsible for that.
secondly if anyone buy your product by trusting on MI Brand and the company is not taking any seriously action on this type major issue/problem then who will trust on your brand
MI has a very large market in INDIA , if company not taking any responsibility then it will damage of market credibility of MI Brand.
