I had purchased the Gionee F 103 Pro (golden color) from Reliance Digital (phoenix kurla, Mumbai) on 24th Dec, 2016 with fast battery drain & heating issue I have submitted it on 27th Dec, 2016 for the replacement. I have not received any replacement till date and there are no response from Gionee.
Now I am not interested in using Gionee mobile only I need is the refund and claim. I have bill & Handover jobsheets & email communication for your references. Look forward to hear from you at the earliest.
