Complaint regarding defective ladder from Snapdeal

I ordered a Dolphin Aluminium Folding Ladder Pro 4 Steps. Order no 16192475782. It was RS 2289 Rs It was a defective item. I requested for return and they agreed after that asked me to send it manually. So sent it Via FedEx tracking no 807286777270. For RS 1500/-. When the delivery attempted for delivery they refused to accept it. It’s been over a week the shipment is at the FedEx center at gurgoun pin no 122004. In this way I have spent 2289 for the ladder . And also 1500 . Total of 3789 rupees. I want this much of refund. RETURN IS NOT GOOD IN SNAPDEAL.COM. Now they are not responding to me. I want my money back. My snapdeal complaint no is 22726732.
