Complaint regarding defective LeX509 mobile from Flipkart

I purchased this mobile vide flipkart and the same was received by me on 16th May 2016. On the same day the camera started malfunctioning as such I called flipkart customer care to replace my handset as such they told me that my matter would be taken care of and be resolved by 19th May 2016. On 17th May 2016 I get a call from flipkart employee named Rxxxn wherein he stated that the technician would visit the delivery address within 4hours after taking an appointment with me over the registered number and then problem would be solved. Sir I left my work and immediately ran home but no engineer neither any call was given. Sir even flipkart sent me a message on their app stating that my issue would be resolved within 4 hours and I took the screenshot of the same.

When the engineer did not visit I called flipkart wherein they told me that the engineer would visit on 19th May 2016 before 8.30pm. I immediately told them that I got a message from flipkart that the engineer would visit today and such I had to leave my work and come home after my conversation with the flipkart employee I noticed that all my previous complaint of the engineer visiting on 17th May 2016 was removed.

Sir I again wrote an email to flipkart stating that this was a crime that they deleted the message from my flipkart account and I even attached the screenshot of the message I received from flipkart and sent them a mail for which they have not responded yet. Sir kindly help me.
