I have bought a brand new MI MAx phone with 4 GB / 128 GB configuration. But As i opened the device I found that the WiFi is not working in the device. As i spent more time on it I found that It is the factory of problem. Then I approched MI customer care for the same. They told me to send a mail and I did that and I got a reply that we were trying to connect with you but I was not reachable. Then I again customer care and found that my return / replacement request was not registered yet. Then I again sent mails and calls, but got fed up and wasted my money and time also. Please suggest a way to get off from this problem.
