Complaint regarding defective powerbank from bookmyoffer

I ordered on bookmyoffer.com and I received mi 10400 power bank on 14.05.2016 saturday on 09.20 am by delivery boy to my place.while I use to put charge to my android mobile it was fully of empty and I charged the power bank till it became full.and I charge to my android mobile it work only for 10 minutes after that it became dead I mean switch off because of poor or low quality of battery inside the power bank.my shipment oder number is 774756108. the shipper was saturday sunday media internet. the customer care number for bookmyoffer was +91 8010001133. I was called several times but they can’t accept my complaint, they just telling that “thank you for calling bookmyoffer.com press 1 for customer care. press 2 for customer complaint. press 3 for order cancellation. after pressing any option 1or 2 or 3 told to wait for few seconds but they can’t respond to me and disconnect the call automatically. I call to customer many times but they used to disconnect my call after a few seconds. the reference number of my product was 80467777350909.i tryed many time to raise complaint against poor quality of product on cc@bookmyoffer.com and support.bookmyoffer.com but no use of both of them
