Complaint regarding defective product from Tele Brands

I have purchased “Master Blaster” an exercise equipment costing Rs.6766/- from Tele Brands(India)Pvt. Ltd, Plot.No.A-168 Road No.25,MIDC, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane-400604. which is delivered to me with defects. My order no. was M2242167 dated 30/04/2016 Invoice no. V000034868. I have explained all defects to the company in letter sent on 4/5/2016.

All the plastic parts and packing were broken. One of the important part which is called front fitting pipe which joins to main parts was not working. I have explained all these things on phone to company. But they have asked me to send back products for replacement on my expenses. Though I have already paid Rs.595/- at the time of order. It seems that product was rejected earlier and it is sent to me. Even after many request to company on pone they are not ready to send me replacement on their expenses. Why should I pay courier expense second time where as I have no fault on my side. Kindly try to resolve my complaint to avoid me to lodge complaint in consumer court.
