Complaint regarding delay in Le Max 2 servicing

I purchess a new phone le max 2 32GB on 26-oct-2016 but his problem is incoming voice not work on calling so my handset summit to service center HCl infotech in Jaipur on 6 DEC. 2016 and my jobsheet no. JS16120600097 and 2 month 10 days completed but my handset not services so kindly request this problems solve immediately.plz refund my money boz all time is over and all excucative are says only wait not taken action in this case and your senior excucative wrong information me given so plz Cheak my all recording boz more time disconnect my call without inform me and completed 2 month 16 days but don’t taken action and no response your side. so Cheak my mail and my as soon as reply or refund my money or new phone otherwise taken action by legal process.
This mail forwarded more time Leceo company and not my help so plz help and take action
