Complaint regarding delay in refund by Bajaj Auto

I had paid 9000? booking amount online for Bajaj dominor 400 (bike) white ABS model on 21 Jan 2017 l, I cancelled the booking on 31 Jan 2017 l, I have been told by Bajaj they have refunded my money on 20 Feb 2017 but it’s not recieved by me the reason Bajaj gives me for delay in payment is that I used IDBI bank Rupay Card, when I contacted bank they ask me for reference no of payment by merchant. Bajaj doesn’t give me proper information and it’s been mental torture for me my booking no in Bajaj is C6KDJF. please help me if you can that money is for my parents medical treatment. Please help in anyway possible.
