Complaint regarding delay in service of Moto M

I purchased the MOTO M mobile peace from flipKart ii delivered on 28th night of December 2017 after purchasing iam using the mobile normally on jan 8 2017 night i observed the mobile is heating in my pocket so i switched of the mobile after some time i switched on the mobile the mobile is having no sound so i try to call customercare 18001022344 there i got the working time will be 10AM to 6pm the i try to call the same number on jan 9th 2017 they said some points to resolve the issue but problem is not resolved so they provided the service center address then i went there they asked me the mobile and with usb cable i informed i am not bought the usd cable they informed tomorrow you can bring the usb cable and bill copys with the mobile so i left from there 10th jan 2017 i given the mobile to sri vall communication tirupati that is the moto authorised service center after 5 days i call to customercare iam not get any update from there i want to know about my mobile status they said if problem is not resolved escalation team will see this issue

They called me and the said wait for 27th jan 2017 how ever the problem will resolved like that mister srinath how is handle my complain from escalation deportment informed me .after the date iam calling to them customer care service people saying 24 hours and 48 hours you can get the call like that infomed to me so still i am not get the call from there consonant department on 4th feb 2017 i went for authorised service center also they are saying one more spare is not working wait for some more days so please help to replace a new mobile below Attached the bill and job sheet.
