On 26th, early morning I placed a order on big basket, unfortunately I missed one item and placed another order for that 1 item in few minutes gap. They placed 2 orders and for each they charged ?20 on the name of delivery charges. By the evening they delivered both my orders at the same time but charged ?20 for each order. When I confronted that they don’t have to 2 trips then why ?20 each? They asked me to contact customer care. When I called them, they said I have to pay I ordered at different time. I replied that what I am getting for my 2nd ?20 as they are not taking 2 trips to deliver the same. They bluntly said that I have to pay. When I said that in this case I will cancel the 2nd order, they readily agreed. This is how they approach customer satisfaction when in this time customer satisfaction is most important? I am aghast by their behaviour. Although delivery boy tried helping but they cancelled the order immediately. Poor service. Inhuman behaviour.
