Complaint regarding denial of service by Iffco-Tokio mobile insurance

On 11.06.2015 i purchased Samsung model no. SMG313 for Rs.5700 from sheeba tel pvt ltd, invoice number 715 , they suggested for an insurance for the phone from company mobile squad + iffco tokio which covers everything including accidental damage, liquid damage, theft, mechanical and electrical faults and assured of free pick up and drop at doorstep and all things are mentioned on papers and i purchased it for Rs.570 which is 10% of the product value as mentioned on papers. Policy number 1003754.

On 18.10.2015 my phone was accidentaly damaged(screen broken ) and called on the customer care number of mobile squad/iffco tokio and asked them to collect my damaged phone as it was mentioned that the company will provide the pickup services therefore on 19.10.2015 i called on customer care number of mobile squad ”7042398104” from my landline number and ms. Axxxxi the executive of mobile squad rudely denied to provide any pickup services. i informed them that i wasnt well and couldnt submit the phone at their repairing site and dont have any other option to deposit the damaged phone and also provided my medical certificate to them over email as asked by them but they never picked up the phone and always denied which was complete violation of the terms and condition as mentioned on papers. i complained them on phone and email regarding same but they never accepted and never picked up my damaged phone. On 24.12.15 when my health was little better i went to the address they provided to submit the damaged phone and they accepted and dposited my phone and assured me that phone will be repaired within 10 days.

Please note that since 24.12.15 i am calling them, contacting them over phone, reminding them over email but they are denying to repair my phone and saying that phone will not be repaired due to delay in depositing the phone. Please note that delay was caused due to mobile squad as they didnt pick up my phone despite of my bad health and despite of the terms and conditions mentioned on the papers that mobile squad will pick up the damaged phone, and despite of myself submitting all the required papers including medical certificate as asked and required by mobile squad, when complained they said that they are not bound to anything mentioned on papers and they threatened me that now they will not return even the damaged phone and asked me to file a case against them. Please note that my policy expires on 11.06.2016 and when phone was submitted obviously it was insured infact it is insured till date. I am harrased by this company mobile squad which is in collabration with iffco tokio.Please note your intervention is required to teach such fraud companies a lesson.
