Complaint regarding duplicate power bank from bookmyoffer

Ref. to order no.080467706355943 i had order mi power bank but received duplicate product & it was not working.Also complaint so many times through mail & on website but they not ready to respond.coustomer care no.is automatically disconneted.Pls help & take legal action on that as they litteraly cheated peoples & are totally froud.
