Complaint regarding Eureka Forbes service

A service engineer visited my place when my CCTV camera stopped recording. I got to know that the hard disk used in my system is of local company and not from the eureka forbes. And the hard disk stopped working due to which the system became faulty. I paid the full amount to the company of Rs. 21,000 via cheque and Rs. 1000 in cash. But the bill I got was of Rs. 19357/- and that too three days later. I was charged the same amount for the local hard disk. They asked me to pay for the hard disk as it was not a company’s hard disk. The system was installed by one Mr. Rxxxr Kxxxxr Cxxxxxxxy of Delhi area.

I agreed to pay the amount but the service guy asked to provide him with a LED to set the system right. I did not have the LED and asked them to arrange for their own equipments for testing, which made sense to me. They told me this is not how their company works and I have to arrange for my own LED, The company is asking me to spend 10000 rs. on purchasing LED when my system under one year warranty is not even one month old. I am not sure where to go.
