Complaint regarding failed DishTV recharge through PayTM

I recharge my DTH Dish TV for Rs 300/- on 05-02-2017 using my SBI Debit Card on Paytm App.

Amount of Rs 300/- debited from my bank account but my Recharge of DTH Dish TV is still not done

I have confirmed with my bank that Rs 300/- has been debited from my account and even the Tranction is visible in my Bank account Statement.

And when I asked Patm to recharge or refund my amount they said that no amount of Rs 300/- has been received by them

Even i mailed my query to Cybercell[@]paytm.com

Paytm wrote me that “we have received a single successful payment of Rs 300/- from your bank for Order 2699105093 on dish tv.

But till now i have not received any refund or Paytm has not recharged my DTH Dish Tv with Rs300/-

Take Strict Actions against Paytm and ask Paytm to Recharge or Refund My amount as soon as possible.
