Complaint regarding failed transaction refund from PayTM

I have tried to book a train ticket on 31/01/2017 via paytm. Money got deducted from my bank account but ticket booking failed. After that I have received a text message from Paytm stating that my bank confirmed a successful transaction and paytm will refund the amount in case order is cancelled. It’s been more than a week and till now I haven’t received any refund or updates from Paytm. Also, my transaction is not listed in the transaction list of Paytm. Payment details are given below. Order ID: 100000730796063 Bank ref ID: 703114472693
