Complaint regarding failed transfer through PayTM

On 4th of March,2017 at about 12 o’ clock, i made a payment of Rs 3628 from my paytm account  to the current bank account? named as “Vinod kiryana store” in the Ellaquai dehati bank which is a rural bank of State Bank of India. The payment mode used by Paytm is IMPS Paytm. The payment, as made from the paytm wallet. I want to tell you that after i made transaction, it didn’t get transferred to the respective bank account.So, i put complaints regarding that about 4-5 times and in those conversations,each time i was made to believe the amount will reflect in the bank account within 7 working days. Now, when 7 working days are over on 18-03-2017, they are telling me to wait for 21 days to get that amount in the bank account but it’s impossible for me to believe it. I feel so harrassed every day because of paytm when account bearing person asks me about the payment and still i don’t have any answer. I need this forum to take my matter into consideration and make paytm pay to me double the amount, for all the harrassment i am facing, to teach them a lesson.
