This is regarding complaint of irresponsible behavior and fake promises by Tikona Employee-Axxxxxk-, he committed the promise on company’s behalf that they will not charge installation amount as it was already installed by previous tenant. but they now charged me 2 month’s bill in advance now they added bill i am charged with installation charge.
I tried to connect with axxxxxxxxk(the same tikona executive) he is not picking up my calls or reverting my messages. Getting new customer is easy but to maintain them is difficult. till installation they were so prompt but post installation they are not bother or want to guide or help.
I requesr ro lodge complaint against this unethical behavior and malpractice to trap prospectives and new customers.
