I made a purchase online using my icici debit card for rs 100 after which there were 7 fraud transactions that happened through my account amounting to Rs.15000/-
I asked for escalation of the matter for reversal which was not done in tge first place. After raising the issue with them they escalated the matter next day. Now even after 2 working days I do not hear anything from the service department. Sr346952475
They show no sense of responsibility for data security at all. I demand a reversal at the earliest or I shall be forced to escalate the matter to senior management in icici and to legal authorities.
it is a very disappointing incident and shows how unreliable icici bank is for online transactions. I would not hesitate to escalate it to the media if I do not get quick redressal to this.
