Complaint regarding Hathaway service

I bought a 3 month prepaid plan from Hathaway internet and paid all amount upfront. From the day first I have a connectivity problem in the internet connection, and during 90 days of connection I called them more than 30 times and requested them to provide me solution.

The calling was not free and it cost me a lot aa their customer care number is not free. They did not took my complaints seriously and didn’t provide a proper solution.

They keep telling me that out service engineer will visit the site and correct the issue but no body visited my place.

Now they are forcing me to submit their modem and router .

The modem and router does not work on other internet connection accept Hathaway so those are a waste for me but still I don’t want to submit them to Hathaway.

I want them to repay me some of the amount as the costs was complete waste for me and I wasted a lot of time die to bad service.

I request the forum to please support me. I know the company may take legal action against me but i hope and believe that there must be a way to take actions again these kind of frauds.
