We have been asking the cable operator to replace the wire and resolve our connectivity issue but the owner of sonali cable keep saying the person will come on monday, tuesday but the techician does not visit to resolve our issues. Hathway Digital Card ID no.000021429618
When spoke to Mr.Sxxxxxxxa and asked him to clear his view whether he is interested to resolve the issue and give services or not he keep giving excuses some major work is going on so the technician cannot visit. As per TRAI guideliness he is suppose to resolve the issue in 24 hours and when asked i will escalate the matter to next level he is saying go and give complaint to any one ..
So looking forward for a strict action against the cable operator by hathway
