Complaint regarding IFB washing machine from Flipkart

I have complaint regarding product purchased from Flipkart. i have purchased a IFB KG top load fully automatic washing machine. i placed an order on 21 Jan,2017 and the product got delivered on 22 Jan, 2017 morning. On 24 Jan 2017 i received a call from Technician regarding Demo and Installation. He said he will be able to come by 6 PM in the evening. i told him please come during day time don’t come in the evening because if need to purchase any thing from the market in order to complete the installation, we will not be able to get the material. He never call me back after that. Than, i called flipkart on 26 Jan 2016 after waiting for two more days. i spoke customer care executive and she told me that her system is showing the “INSTALLATION AND DEMO” has been completed. I requested her to look into this matter and send the technician as soon as possible. she said today is a public holiday i will ensure that the technician will visit tomorrow on 27 Jan, 2017. I was so amused that how come the without technician visit, they have updated the system that installation has been done. I decided to return IFB product and i placed the request on flipkart for return. Since, than i have been only receiving calls and fake commitments from flipkart. Every single day they spent around 45 min to understand the case and try to make me fool. the only word they have for me is “Sorry”. i have gone through so much pain and Psychological torture.
