Complaint regarding Karbonn mobile service

I bought my Karbonn Quattro L52 VR in june 2016 and after 3 months it started having problems regarding its touch screen they’ve given me a year guarantee so i submitted it in the karbonn care they returned it to me after a month. But the day i recieved my phone i saw black linnings on my display and i told them about that these lines were not there before you have corroupted my display… They said you submit it again after Diwali we’ll fix it. After that i got busy for a long time but finally submitted my phone on 14th of December, i havn’t received my handset to this date i contacted karbonn many times sometimes they said wait for 10 days, after that a new lie a new fake assurance wait for 15 days and so on.. Now its almost been 2 months i need my phone urgently i have a lot of work to do with it but those people havn’t repaired it still. They always give me dates. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. It was their mistake.. They corroupted my display why should i suffer?
